URWA Birthday Parties

URWA is happy to offer Birthday Party programs to children ages 3-10. Parties are nature-themed, and can be tailored to suit your child's interests and birthday wishes!

URWA will provide:

1. Use of our Nature Classroom for the party space, or an outdoor area, with tables and chairs for all party guests
2. Trash bags and clean up supplies (brooms, dust pans, etc.)
3. Use of our office refrigerator, freezer, sink and microwave are available

Your reservation includes:

1. Up to one hour of set up before your party begin
2. Two hours of party time!
3. One hour of naturalist led activities including exploration time and crafts
4. One hour for cake, gift opening and general play time
5. One hour to clean up at the end of the party (all garbage must be placed in the dumpsters at the top of the driveway, especially food items!!)

You will provide:

1. Birthday cake and refreshments (alcoholic beverages are prohibited).
2. Decorations if desired. All decorations MUST be securely attached so as not to blow away and litter the surrounding habitat areas!!
3. Assistance managing children during the naturalist-lead portion of the program

Resrevation Information:
Please call or email us to find a mutually agreeable date and time for your child's party, as well as to discuss activities for the party.

Cost: $250 Members, $300 Non-Members (includes a family membership)

Party size is limited to 20 children including siblings. Smaller party sizes are encouraged, as the party space is small and naturalist availability is limited!

Full payment must be received to hold your reservation. Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. Membership is considered a donation and is not refundable.
